Description
The BT4 trailer coupler lock is a” high security” lock designed to fit bumper pull 2” “collar lock” trailer ball couplers (sometimes called “snake head” couplers). The housing is made of ¼” P&O steel providing durability and strength, and is tamper proof from hammering, prying, sawing and resistant to grinding. The Locking pin is constructed from ¾” steel and is completely contained in the housing with no access to tampering. All components are interlocked, eliminating loose parts that require assembly each time you install or remove the lock from the coupler. This feature makes installing and removing the lock quick and easy, in as little as 10 seconds, requiring only one hand. This is the only “high security “ lock that is handicap friendly.
Storage bracket sold separately, provides a secure place to hold your lock when it is not connected to the trailer coupler.
